Mashed Sweet Potatoes with Maple Syrup

This easy recipe starts with a can of sweet potatoes.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 large can (29 ounces) sweet potatoes, drained and mashed
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • pinch cayenne pepper
  • pinch nutmeg
  • pinch cinnamon
  • chopped pecans, optional
